9. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes shall be state or federal courts in Camden County, Missouri, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

10. Changes and termination

We may modify the site or these Terms. Continued use after posting changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access for violations.
