Return & Refund Policy

We want you to understand how refunds work before you buy. This policy applies to purchases made directly from Herbeco at herbeco.ddd.
1. Digital challenge rounds
- 14-day review period: Request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if you have not opened or downloaded Week 1 materials.
- After access: Once Week 1 content is accessed, refunds are not guaranteed. We may offer a partial credit at our discretion for documented technical failures.
- How to request: Email relations@herbeco.world with your order email and date of purchase.
2. Printed folio add-ons
- Damage in transit: Report within 10 days of delivery with photos. We replace at no charge.
- Change of mind: Return unused folios in resaleable condition within 21 days. Refund equals product price minus outbound shipping and a 10% processing fee.
- Return shipping: Customer pays return postage unless the item was defective or our error.
3. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Banks may take additional time to post credits.
4. Chargebacks
Contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account closure.
5. Missouri and federal consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you cannot waive under Missouri law or other applicable U.S. consumer protection statutes.
