Our practice

Herbeco does not sell your personal information for money. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. Some analytics or advertising cookies may be considered "sharing" under California law when enabled—you can disable them via our cookie banner (Reject or Cookie Settings) or the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where supported.

Submit a request

To exercise California privacy rights (know, delete, correct, opt out), email relations@herbeco.world with the subject line "California Privacy Request," or call +1 (573) 365-8108. We verify requests as required by law and respond within 45 days.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require written permission and identity verification.

Non-discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
